At Udeo Creative, we value our clients and strive to deliver the highest quality of creative services. To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth working relationship, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Advance Payment and Confirmation

  • Once a proposal is accepted and an advance payment is made, it signifies the client’s commitment to proceeding with the project.

  • The advance payment secures our resources and time dedicated to your project.

2. No Refund After Confirmation

  • After the confirmation of the proposal and receipt of the advance payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies to all projects, including but not limited to branding, graphic design, web development, and digital marketing services.

3. Project Modifications

  • If the client wishes to make modifications after the project has commenced, we will assess the feasibility of incorporating those changes.

  • Additional charges may apply for revisions beyond the agreed scope.

4. Project Termination

  • In cases where the project is terminated by the client after confirmation, the advance payment will be retained to cover the time, effort, and resources already allocated.

  • If Udeo Creative is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will discuss possible resolutions, including partial refunds or alternative solutions.

5. Exceptions

  • Refund requests will only be considered in cases of service non-delivery due to negligence on our part.

  • Any disputes regarding the refund policy must be addressed in writing within 7 days of the concern arising.

By proceeding with Udeo Creative’s services and making an advance payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
